Our Fight Fitness classes are high intensity, sweat inducing and calorie burning workouts that will help you achieve the fitness and looks that you want! Expect to build lean muscle, burn fat and get results with this non-contact workout that mixes in bag training, plyometrics, strength conditioning and flexibility training. Fight Fitness classes are designed for all skill and fitness levels. Unlike traditional and moderate paced aerobic classes, our fight fitness program is ever dynamic, changing and moving. You’ll learn and practice authentic MMA techniques and striking combinations while burning calories. Classes run for 60 minutes with specific rest times.
