Matthew Jones is a professional Mixed Martial Artist climbing his way through the ranks! At the age of 14, Matt began training in American Kenpo Karate, where he earned the rank of Brown Belt. Five years later, he began adding to his Kenpo base with Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu (where he currently holds the rank of blue belt). With a professional record of 4-2, Matt displays a well-rounded skill set that has earned him recognition as one of the top featherweight prospects in the Northwest.
Matt is also a fantastic personal trainer, not only for improved technique in martial arts, but fitness as well! Specializing in Suples Training Systems®, Matt also has an extensive background in body weight exercises and aerobic training for a healthy heart and improved cardiovascular system.
